Meeting/Event Information (Guests Welcome)

Join Dayton IFMA and its members and guests for lunch and a tour of the Danis Industrialized Construction Center. There are currently projects in action at the facility so this is a unique opportunity to see how projects come together.

The team at this Danis site produces prefabricated exterior and interior wall assemblies, head walls, soffits, window blind pockets, light coves, tapeless drywall shapes, wood blocking, welded steel fabrications, and much more!  The site provides over 35,000 SF of ergonomic and climate-controlled space, enhancing safety and efficiency for their skilled workers. There is value to clients by reducing schedules, eliminating waste, improving quality, and cutting costs. Attendees will be able to see many of these in process.  Danis also manages many of their self-perform trades from this facility.  They also house many stocked materials and equipment at the site.
