Meeting/Event Information (Guests Welcome)

Join Dayton IFMA for a history and tour of the beautiful Aileron campus. Director of Campus, Tami Jones, will give a short presentation with lunch catered by Amber Rose. Following the lunch and presentation, a tour will be given inside and outside the facilities.

Started in 1996 by local businessman Clay Mathile (former owner of the Iams pet food company), Aileron is a nonprofit organization specializing in professional management to help business owners grow to lead with competence and confidence, increase team satisfaction, and build sustainable, thriving organizations.
